「The room was very clean. The staff was outstanding in the customer service they provided, from allowing us an early check-in, seeing that the other guest was severely handicapped, to offering the use of the dining room for visiting family, giving us an extra set of towels. I don't see this kind of service anymore. We traveled all the way from Guam. They were all so nice and made us feel so welcome.」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

Atmosphere on the property was great. The night I checked on, there was a live band playing and I got to have dinner at the food truck. Dogs loved it as well.」
