"Beautiful historic hotel. Great resturants and bars right in the hotel lobby. Fitness center is huge. Within walking distance of many historic sites within Boston as well as food and shopping. Great central location to everything including public transportation."

"Clean|great location. Room was very small and it was 79 degrees. I put the AC on to get it to cool down. It didn’t cool. I asked the front desk and they don’t put the hotel AC on until April. Luckily they had another room they could move me to that was much cooler. Staff was great in resolving this issue. I’d stay there again after April. "

"Location was perfect! Blue line stop right outside hotel, easy and short walk to restaurants, historic sites, other shops. Hotel and staff were great. Would love to stay here again!"

"Mostly a pleasant stay. Lots to see but unfortunately they checked us out early. I didn't get to pack up my food from the fridge They threw out 2 canned cocktails,a Guinness and pork pate. We should have had hour to relax and finish packing but instead scared a cleaning women and felt under pressure to leave. Not a great end to an otherwise good stay"
