「We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality. Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. Later that day, after we’d already left, I received an email stating there was a £100 charge per pet, despite the Hotels.com listing clearly advertising “pets go free.” The property appeared to have had only...

「The place was great. Clean, as advertised and sufficient kitchen utilities. The area is very close to the cathedral and the other touristy places. We had an old person with us, otherwise one could walk to most places from here. The host was also very helpful sending us clear instructions through the app.」

No curtain around the bath tub in the master bedroom... Hotel.com didn't inform us clearly the check in procedure - e. g. We need to contact the staff by phone for a password to the key safe! 」
