"We had a small issue upon arrival. The manager was very attentive and compensated us appropriately for the inconvenience. Staff overall were very good."

"While checking in at the hotel, I mentioned to the young lady that I had not been able to check in for my flight the next morning. She happily walked me through the procedure, even using her phone at times to help me check in. This took time, and she did not have to offer, but she did. This showed the warmness of the staff. The Radisson Blu is a gorgeous hotel. The lobby, the restaurants, and the rooms have a great vibe. It is evident that the staff works hard to keep the hotel exceptionally clean and modern. It is a great bargain for the money. We loved our short visit."

"The building is awe inspiring, our room was large and immensely comfortable - gorgeous bathroom. The Spa is impressive, gowns are provided in the room. The staff are the biggest asset - unbelievably helpful and just lovely."

The free breakfast was very nice with a buffet and a la carte options.The restaurant/bar was very nice and provided a nice meal for our first night in town. The hotel staff were very helpful. I would stay there again."
