“Property is ok but needs maintenance, lobby should bigger if not then should have empty seats for customers. I saw all employees sitting and busy with their cell phones watching videos and customers just standing. Too old towels were provided, change to new once. It was very bad. ”

“Big problems with this place. It should not be rated a 2-star hotel. Maybe a 1-star? 1. We had booked a non-smoking suite. It was reeking of smoke from previous occupants. In fact we had to clean cigarette butts from under couches that the staff missed. 2. It was supposed to be cash-only. But unless one reads the fine-print, one would not know. And they do not accept international credit cards. Nasty surprise if you travelled internationally. 3. No room heating. It gets pretty cold in Noida……
