"Fantastic hotel and a great place to stay. The food was very good with plenty of choice, and the staff were absolutely brilliant, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. The resort is quite big, but everything is within walking distance, which makes it easy to get around. The pools are large and very clean, perfect for relaxing, and the private beach is amazing. There are lots of things to see and do around the area, and if you enjoy walking, Puka Beach is also within walking distance which is a big plus. Breakfast time can be a little busy, but nothing bad at all and the staff handle it really well. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday"

"There was no way for ys to get to the island from el nido, tried a week in advanced, would have gladly went explained to expedia, they contacted the hotel and said they would not help at all, and lost all my money at the resort. Terrible property, it said no refunds, but we tried everything to get there, so booked cebu instead. Would never book with hennan again, with a week in advance trying, no empathy and understanding so have to call it as it is. Hennan do better, it was not anyone's fault but maybe the airlines that were packed for weeks, they should have more flights for sure, but hennan didnt have to clean a room for a week and probably upsold it as well. Bad marks for hennan properties they should understand the trying stressfull times travellers encounter, but they obviously dont, i wont even try to go boracaye again because of this."

"unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. The Manager was clearly in control and professionalism shone throughout the entire complex. We would highly recommend "
