Pros: Next to a cheap outdoor carpark, 400jpy for night parking Quiet neighborhood Very helpful and friendly staff, can speak Mandarin and English Cons: The room was small for us 3 people 8 min away from Nippori station only 1 conveniece store nearby

1) awesome location easy access to different places and metro 2) super nice staff with good English 3) clean room clean toilet and bathroom and big enough 4) awesome happy hour place with good ambience 5) Has Tokyo Bike rental with a good rental fee

入住過多間APA，這家設施是最完善，有大浴場及便利店。房間一貫的整潔乾淨。距離JR跟地鐵站也是幾分鐘。

Great experience overall. 10mins walk to nearest station, few bar/club/yakitori resturants nearby. The bed/pillow/facilities are outstanding qualities(superisingly compare to similar guesthouses). Message replied rapidly. However the auto doorlock is hard to use.

Love the spacious room and cosy atmosphere. The hotel is at a quiet spot which is easily accessible by free airport shuttle and driving. Great value for money.

可能是晚上抵達, 機場接駁巴士很多人排隊, 遲來的要再等下一班車 房間是日本東京正常的少, 行李箱未能全開 晚上抵達訓一晚, 算是性價比高既選擇

附近環境清靜，旅舍完全融入當地社區，彷似自己是居民之一。 廁所和浴室是共用的，但各住客都十分自律。 有點需要留意的是，旅舍只得一部洗衣和乾衣機，在晚上是使用高峰期，在我住宿期間，每次都需要等待1-2小時才能使用有關設施。

Amazing hotel ever! First, the price is absolutely reasonable with this neat, modern designed and spacious room. The check in process is user friendly and smooth so far. You can park your car just next to your room entrance. There is a 7-11 and big Daiso 100 yen store just nearby.

交通便利，中规中矩。

No breakfast, it will lock your door when you entrance in your room, It requires to make a call to reception to release the lock. Not convenient.
