The best place to stay

The staff is amazing. This is the best place we stayed in Ecuador. The front desk were extremely helpful with directions and things to do. This hotel and staff deserve way beyond excellent. We would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. The location is great too.

Wonderful stay experience! The staff at Hotel Indio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and our stay most enjoyable. Would stay with them again with zero hesitation. If you find yourself in Otovalo, look them up- you’ll be pleased.

Everything you'll need plus helpful, friendly staf

I haven't stayed in the town of Otavalo before; usually I prefer out in the campo. This time though I was on a specific mission at the market and must have asked the front desk staff 1000 questions and each time they were amazing. I got good restaurant recommendations, a tip on where to go for alpaca, and a great massage they organized before my trip to Quito and flight home.

Lovely, easy, quiet stay for someone who speaks little Spanish and a quick night stay. Staff was eager to do their best to help when I didn’t understand. The breakfast is unlike any hotel breakfast in the states. Excellent!

La ubicación está excelente cerca del parque principal, Agua caliente! Una habitación sencilla pero limpia, todo funcionaba bien. El personal amable, el desayuno incluido exactamente el mismo los 3 días que nos quedamos de los 4 que reservé. Pero limpio. ( huevo, pan, fruta, café y jugo)). La razón por la que estoy evaluando en 4 estrellas y no 5, es porque el costo que se me dio en EXPEDÍA NO ES EL MISMO. Había discrepancia en el precio. Al parecer el impuesto era diferente, ellos hotel menciona que no sabía porque EXPEDÍA tenía ese precio. Bueno al final pagué lo que me dijeron en recepción. Como no se podía pagar adelantado en línea, hay que tener cuidado, ya que si tienes tu presupuesto justo, aquí abra diferencia al final. Sugerencia para Expidia, que investigue bien antes de ofrecer un costo que al final es otro/ De cualquier forma fueron muy amables en la recepción.

Reservamos y resulta que el hotel no nos brindó el servicio porque estaba lleno. Me parece una falta de respeto que teniendo una reserva nos digan eso. Entonces que no ofrezcan su servicio por plataforma porque no garantizan la reserva.

Zentrales Hotel, 5 Minuten Laufdistanz zum Markt

Das Hoottel ist zentral gelegen und bietet 3 Blocks entfernt einen gratis Parkplatz an. Zimmereinrichtung älter aber sauber. Der Safe ist eine festgeschraubte Geldkasette und Schlüssel ist nur gegen Kaution zu bekommen. Eine Fernbedienung gibt es nur auf Verlangen. Frühstück ok aber Extras sind kostenpflichtig. Hotel ist ok aber Leistung eher in 40 USD Kategorie
