「This was a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Denisse, was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to help us. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza.」

「Wonderful property with a stunning beach (my standards for beaches are very high), 2 pools, bars , restaurants, and an amazing breakfast with an amazing view. The rooms were perfect and very comfortable and clean. Was perfect, nothing negative to say.」

So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」
