Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Luz, très à l’écoute et bonne conseillère. Le service de dîner et petit déjeuner excellents. L’ensemble du personnel est très agréable, très professionnel. La décoration est épurée, soignée et bien pensée. Les espaces sont propres et entretenu. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous pouvons recommander cet hôtel et que nous y retournerons si l’occasion se présente à nouveau.

We received a very small room, and to get a better room with access to the rooftop pool, we had to pay for an upgrade. Not all guests have access to the rooftop pool.

We have stayed at other Iberostar locations and this one was very disappointing in terms of food. The food variety was limited and the one offered was very bland, tasteless. This was not what we have come to expect of the Iberostar chain.

Loved our 10night stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the property and was much nicer/cleaner than expected. The staff was wonderful and very attentive, always smiling and uplifting all the guest areas. They put on a great vibe! The afternoon happy hour at the pool was a great treat too and the morning pool activities. The surrounding area is beautiful and you are able to walk alongside the cliffs. The only negative thing I would add is there was no coffee/tea equipment in the room which would have been nice to sit on our balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The website photos of the rooms show a coffee maker in the room so we were surprised when there wasn’t any upon arrival and when we asked at reception they said it was not possible. But it did not ruin our stay. Great pool, comfy beds, attentive staff and it just felt like you were on holiday. Definitely reccomend.

Rooms were really small, the hair dryer was ancient and useless, the soap dispenser was broken. Wifi was so weak we had to turn on data roaming. The pool was also small. There’s poolside bar service which is nice. The breakfast was good but it was only available until 10:15. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you’re travelling during high season, plan in advance for transportation because getting a taxi can take hours. The hotel’s parking is very limited compared to other places in the island, including some resort hotels in ibiza town.

Best European trip in along time
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food even though buffet style was everyday themed and different and more importantly well prepared. The spa gave my wife one her best massages ever and needs to be recognised (ask for Manu). I could go on ad infinitum, needless to say we will be going back in the fall and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Greeted with a cava at check in. Spotless facilities in a beautiful location. Staff so accommodating. We were out there for a race and accommodated an early breakfast to fit in. Couldn't have been better. Only tiny gripe, no readily available water with the meal which was a shame and a faff.

Tutto perfetto, molto relax e mare bellissimo, cibo ottimo, cortesia del personale. Un unico appunto: i lettini in pineta sono sporchi di escrementi di uccelli. Li dovrebbero lavare spesso, ma nei 12 gg che ho soggiornato nessuno li ha puliti.

Et nydelig og avslappende sted. Veldig hyggelig, sjarmerende og imøtekommen persjonal. Rent, delikat og innbydende. Godt utvalg til alle måltider. SPA var nydelig. Pool aerobics , yogatime, sykkeltime hadde supre instruktører. Litt små rom, men det er jo ikke der man tilbringer mest tid på en slik plass. Tror ikke dette ble vårt siste besøk på dette hotellet:)

Nice location - highly recommendable
I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Congrats! The location is really good. The hotel is surrounded by trees, on the beach and has nice views. Ibiza is not a big island, so wherever you want to go, it will never take you more than 45'. Parking was free. I found the room fairly small, that's why we upgraded after the 1st night, and also paid extra for the rooftop pool, which I would highly recommend. The buffets are really good for the price we paid. We took half board. Even if you don't eat there every day, it's still a great deal.

Iberostar es garantía de servicio.
Me gusta ir a hoteles con calidad. No encuentro aceptable que la zona que de a la playa no disponga de las colchonetas porque dicen que pronto cerraran el hotel, y no está en servicio. El hotel estaba en ocupación del 80 %,la temperatura 24 grados, ( según me informaron el recepción) los días soleados. y los precios por hospedaje muy altos....porque no dar un mejor servicio y cumplir con lo ofrecen y por lo que hemos pagado?

En general las instalaciones y el hotel están bien. La comida en el buffet no es de las mejores, incluso comparado a otros Iberostar en que nos hemos hospedado. La playa que tiene en frente es muy limitada y pequeña, pero hay opciones relativamente cerca a pie o en coche. Lo que recomendaría al hotel es incluir aunque sea agua en las cenas; Me parece increíble que cobren por cualquier bebida cuando se reserva con comidas incluidas. Si quieren suban un poco el precio para incluir aunque sea el agua...

Some R&R after walking the Camino
Water view was nice. Staff is really exceptional. Food was good. Good room and facilities were clean. It’s seems that this hotel caters to a more +65 senior crowd. It was unfortunate that we bought the all inclusive package, but they don’t tell you that you can’t use the best part of the property without paying extra. This would include the roof top pool and the beach club on the water. Plan on spending an extra hundred a day for food/ drinks and beach chair for 2 people. The beach club is worth it, but you should know the cost upfront for planning. Also, the website beach picture is exaggerated. Other than that..great stay.

Ok for the money however missing a luxury feel
The hotel itself met our needs for a 4 night stay however we weren’t blown away. We paid for all inclusive and while the breakfast was great and the lunch most days, it was buffet for every meal. I guess it depends whether that’s what you consider luxury as we certainly didn’t. The rooms were nice enough and comfortable however I think you could stay there and skip the all inclusive and venture out to some nicer restaurants in Santa Euluria. Star prestige was worth the money we saved in drinks however the top pool was almost to cold for a dip so keep this in mind. The gym however was actually really decent for a good work out on holiday. All in all it was good enough but not what I’d consider luxury.

Lovely COVID-19 safe hotel
Great stay in a lovely hotel. Food is really good but luckily we were all inclusive as there’s really not much around in the way of restaurants. Could get in a cab for 10mins to go into the main town if wanted. Easy to get to via bus from the airport and doctor comes on site so you can get covid tests done prior to returning home which is a huge convenience.

Experience and staff was horrendous. Food was subpar and not vegetarian friendly. We paid for a Seaview room, however, we faced trees and a volleyball area. Room was beyond small. We also paid for all - inclusive. What a joke. There's only one restaurant and there is no room service and there is absolutely nothing available after midnight. Staff isn't helpful and will charge for, even the slightest thing, such as late check out, when our flight departed at 10:45pm, but cut out wristbands and made us pay for everything, that should've been all - inclusive. Also, had an unused night, due to a delayed departure, but was told to basically, suck it up and pay for another night.

it was good but only thing that was a surprise to us was that the nice pool is an exclusive area only for "vip" guests and that we had to pay for sunbeds on the beach area.

We beleefden een goede vakantie. De omgeving rond het hotel is wondermooi, en dat kan je beleven vanop het terras See Soul dat in de zee gebouwd is. De gewone kamers zijn klein voor 4 sterren in 2021, gelukkig konden we een junior suite tegen een beperkte extra som krijgen. Sommige personeelsleden laten al eens wat steekjes vallen. Het avondetenbuffet kon ons niet echt bekoren. De Corona maatregelen spelen ongetwijfeld ook een rol.

Grand hôtel bien entretenu en bord de mer. Chambre de taille standard : lumineuse, avec balcon, lit de 180 cm pour 2, douche à l'italienne bien cloisonnée, toilettes séparés, coffre et petit frigo dans le dressing, écran plat. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Restauration, transats et serviettes disponibles autour de la piscine (non chauffée) et sur la terrasse côté mer. Salle de sport et spa disponible. Activités et animations proposées. Peu de place de parking devant l'hôtel mais deux grands parkings prévus en face (non surveillés). Très bon petit petit-déjeuner, beaucoup de choix, et produits fait minute (omelettes, pancakes etc). Bonne organisation.

Très satisfaite de cet hôtel ! Un petit dej en buffet parfait et équilibré sur le sucré/salé on s'y retrouve parfaitement. Petit bémol sur les desserts du dîner vraiment insatisfaisants.. Confort de la chambre parfait et espaces solarium très agréable avec la plage à 2min à pieds. Balcon très agréable (même avec vue sur le parking - attention au places de stationnement peu disponibles) Commerces de proximités assez éloignés si vous êtes à pieds.

Un hotel para volver
Excelente hotel, excelente atención de todo el personal del hotel, muy bueno el buffet, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Medidas anticovid extremas en todo el hotel.El único punto negativo es que el check-in es terriblemente lento y engorroso y que lo primero que te proponen es el upgrade pagando la diferencia.
