"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est bien situé : à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Sendai. Il y a également plusieurs convenience stores à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était propre et confortable. Les serviettes étaient changées régulièrement et le ménage complet était effectué tous les trois jours, ce qui nous a convenu. Le personnel a été vraiment excellent : toujours souriant, disponible et très serviable. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés durant notre séjour, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Un petit point d’amélioration : il serait appréciable d’ajouter une deuxième, voire une troisième machine à laver ainsi qu’un sèche-linge supplémentaire, car les équipements actuellement disponibles sont insuffisants pour le nombre de clients et l’attente peut devenir longue. Dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrions avec plaisir."
