Vacation Home 'Rosalía' with Sea View, Terrace & Wi-Fi

The vacation home Rosalía is located in Icod de los Vinos and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 60 m² property was renovated and thermally insulated on 2023 and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.

2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.

Celebrating parties and smoking is not allowed in the vacation home.

Icod de los Vinos is a high-altitude village, warm clothing is recommended if you are staying in winter.

Also wenn ich abends in der Dunkelheit ankomme, wäre es sehr hilfreich wenn die Hausnummer und der Hausname an der Straße angebracht wäre und nicht 10 Meter hinter der Auffahrt. Oder der Eigentümer würde einen empfangen. Hilfreich wäre auch die Info gewesen das er nur Spanisch versteht. Das Haus selber ist super schön, aber nicht geeignet für die Wintermonate. Den ersten Tag hatten wir die Winterkleidung an. Das Haus war ausgekühlt bzw. immer Feucht. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, vieles kaputt, Kleiderhaken im Bad kam uns gleich entgegen, wir haben das Beste draus gemacht, den Eigentümer haben wir nie wieder gesehen. Wir würden in dieser Jahreszeit nie wieder ein Haus buchen in dieser Höhenlage ohne ausreichende Heizung/Trocknung.

Komfortabel, gut ausgestattet, sauber. Ruhige, ländliche Lage.Gastgeber sehr nett und sehr reaktionsschnell.Hanglage, ca. 3 km vom Stadtkern entfernt, kein ÖPNV in der Nähe. Kleiner Supermarkt ca. 300 m entfernt.

Casa Rosalia

Das ist eine wunderschöne, liebevoll gestaltete Finca im Norden von Icod de los Vinos. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch! Allerdings liegt sie sehr hoch und die Anfahrt ist sehr steil - man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto mit mehr Power und gute Nerven beim Fahren!

Incredible place to stay

The house is locates on the side of a mountain in the small town of Icod. It’s a beautiful, very well preserved traditional Finca and the views inside the house as well as outside are stunning. Everything was very clean, the area is quiet and relaxing and our host was super nice! Arrival was very uncomplicated, we had everything we needed. I would say it is the most outstanding house we have been to on Tenerife so far. Simply amazing, we will very likely go again!

Liebevoll eingerichtet und authentisch!

Casa Rosalia ist ein absolut authentisches, liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus mit allem, was man so braucht in einer traumhaft ruhigen Ortsrandlage. Um das Haus zu erreichen, ist aus meiner Sicht ein Auto nahezu unverzichtbar, es sei denn, man möchte den Urlaub nur im Ferienhaus verbringen. Da wir ohnehin die Insel erkunden wollten und ein Auto gemietet hatten, war dieser Punkt für uns absolut kein Problem!

Schöne rustikale Finca, auf 630m Höhe

Die Finca ist frisch renoviert und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, könnte jedoch eventuell noch etwas ergänzt werden. Eine Wäscheleine zum Trocknen von Handtüchern wäre nicht schlecht. Die Küche könnte auch noch etwas mehr Grundausstattung vertragen, z.B. Gewürze und Küchentücher (muss man erstmal selbst besorgen) und ein Verschluss für das Spülbecken fehlt leider auch (kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden). TV-Empfang sehr eingeschränkt, leider nur spanische Sender, keine internationale Programmauswahl. Das WLAN läuft stabil in einer guten Bandbreite. Die Zufahrt zur Finca durch den Ort, ist sehr steil immer Bergauf und führt durch zahlreiche enge Gassen und zum Teil auch schlechte Straßen. Dies sollte man bei der Auswahl des Mietwagens bedenken! Ein untermotorisierter Touristenkleinwagen ist eher nicht geeignet! Ohne Auto können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Finca eher nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten ist es da oben sehr idyllisch und ruhig (von täglichen Hahnkrähen und Hundegebell abgesehen). Manchmal ziehen sogar die Wolken durch die Finca, was sehr beeindruckend und schön ist. Zu empfehlen für alle, die abgeschieden und ruhig ihre Zeit verbringen möchten.

Espectacular, por delante y por detrás!!!

Las vistas maravillosas, la casa un lujo y la isla un paraíso. A la espalda el Teide, de frente el mar. Duermes fresquito, la casa tiene de todo para la comodidad, habitaciones muy amplias, techos típicos de allí. Una casa típica de allí, impresionante, no se le puede pedir más!!! Sus gentes, sus playas y calas, sus comidas (guachiches), es todo bastante más económico que en la península. Sus papas, sus carnes, su ropavieja, su queso a la plancha, sus plátanos... todo exquisito!! Sin duda, de volver repetiría el mismo alojamiento... eso sí, hay unas cuantas subidas, pero estás en plena naturaleza. Hemos venido contentísimos!!!

All in all very nice

Nice and cosy house with a great view, beautiful terrace and decent beds. Neighbourhood is quiet and green. The outside kitchen is a big plus! Owners were friendly and helpfull. Kitchen utilities were a bit lacking though.
