「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. 「Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huoneisto siisti ja todella tilava, aamiainen tosi monipuolinen ja tasokas. Laktoosittomia tuotteita löytyi hyvin. Yövyimme vain yhden yön, joten siivouksesta ei kokemusta. Ainoa pikku miinus, että huoneessa ei ollut kuin yhdet juomalasit, myös vedenkeitin olisi ollut kiva. Huoneistossa oli pieni jääkaappi.」

「Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped, very clean and everything was in good working order. Excellent breakfast, perfect location. Our only difficulty was with parking. There is no parking nearby.」

「The hotel is fabulous. The only minor negative is I feel the sun beds are a bit close together. Staff are lovely, food delicious, Italian restaurant superb, prices reasonable.. Enjoyed the Pilates classes and the other entertainments.」
