「Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.」

「Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and entertainment. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was gorgeous and kept spotless throughout our stay. We stayed in a Rock Royalty room with the added perk of 15th-floor lounge access which was well worth it. We also had a separate VIP check in on the 13th floor. 「Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. 「Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying. However, The food was great - no complaints. Drinks were local brands but again no complaints.
