“The location is excellent for tourist. Clean and tidy. Room allocated up to our expectation with excellent breakfast. Staff are helpful and efficiency. ”

“Love the design of the hotels! The restaurant SEEN in the resort is great too!”

“Really a nice place to relax!”

“Overall our experience was good, you need to be prepared to take a taxi or walk about 30 to 40 minutes to the center of the attractions., like cafe, restaurants, beach, etc.”

“Amazing, there's even a gigantic swimming pool”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were……

“Great”

“Good hotel with an excellent location. However, room was but small and shower pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic however there was many places nearby with good value breakfasts.”

“Whenever I visit Tenerife, I stay in either the AC or the NH across the street. The locations is fantastic with immediate access to cabs and transportation, and withing walking distance of plenty of amenities. You get exactly what you need: a quiet, clean, comfy, and secure location to spend your time in Santa Cruz.”

“Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection.”
