“This hotel is splendid. A world away from chaos outside. Adult only so immediately it is calm & relaxing. It’s clean well maintained. Excellent staff always willing to help. The poolside remains one of my favourites ever - there’s always beds and they are spaced out beautifully so you are not on your neighbours lap! “Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. “I had a 4 day trip with my 7 year old daughter and so researched like a dog with a bone, as I needed to be sure I could find a balance of solo-adult / child friendly amenities. This hotel was perfect, I was so pleased. First of all, the food - considering all inclusive - was absolutely fantastic, as were most of the drinks. The kids club and evening entertainment kept us both happy, as I got a few hours here and there to myself, plus we got to do things together evening, given the entertainment……

“The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I……

“Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.”

“Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked. Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere Location is……

“Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”

“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down.
