"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the booking, I did not receive the half-board option. I suspect this may have been related to Hotels.com rather than the hotel itself. The hotel amenities were good and the food was really enjoyable. We requested a quiet room and the hotel accommodated this, although the area can be quite busy at night so some noise was unavoidable. The location was very convenient, though walking around the area in the evenings sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable. There was also a locker in the room available for an extra fee. I had an issue with my luggage lock and the hotel staff helped resolve it, which I really appreciated. The evening shows were also a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Overall it is a comfortable hotel in a convenient location. "

"The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise. Each room does have its own section of the balcony but the area at the bottom is shared. I didn't really like that. I would normally sit out on the balcony in my pyjamas for a little while before going to bed, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. It also meant that the people on either side of you could walk right up to the sliding patio door of your room. Not that anyone did, as far as I know, but I still didn't like it. The area itself is a bit rough, reception warned me about pickpockets outside. When we left early the next morning to go to the airport, there were quite a few drunk/ crazy people in the street shouting. There is a big gate at the front to keep them out! A man was on reception and opened the gate for us. I found the people outside quite intimidating to be honest. I would not want to be going or coming by myself late at night or early in the morning. It's a shame for the hotel. If you could move the hotel building to a better area, personally for me, I would have enjoyed the experience much more."

"We stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje and had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The balcony area was lovely and a great place to sit and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is good as well, with shops, restaurants, and the beach only a short drive away. Even though we only stayed for a couple of nights, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Costa Adeje."

"The hotel is very well located, right on the promenade, but also in a noisy area. There's a pub right next door with live music until late. There are plenty of sunbeds, nicely placed, not only by the pools but also in the cascading areas. The room is pleasant, but the bathrooms could use some updating, especially the shower cabins, as they leak. Breakfast and dinner are varied, with something for everyone."
