Hotel is top quality and the staff especially are very nice. Rooms are very clean and general service is very good too. The hotel has some nice classic furniture, giving it a unique look and feel. The only small downside is the food in the restaurants was expensive and nothing special. Breakfast however was top notch and included.

Beautiful hotel , stunning spa . Main pool very cold advertised as 27 degrees which it definitely wasn’t . Given wrong room on arrival quickly rectified mistake.Restaurants overbooked couldn’t get a table until 9 pm on arrival when we arrived it was half empty , waited over half an hour for a booked table another night the manager blamed reception for overbooking. Would not do half board again . Breakfast excellent. All staff courteous.

We’d never stayed on the north of the island before and when we were looking into it, the price of this hotel seemed too good to be true. It’s excellent. The pool, the spa, the gardens. I genuinely thought they’d miss-priced it. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. It’s exceptionally clean. It’s going to be refurbished soon so it’ll be even better. But the spa area is different gravy. If it was twice the price, you wouldn’t be upset. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Stop searching. You’ve found the best place. Just enjoy it.

Exceptional Staff

Great stay for a couple of days. The hotel building is not our normal style but the gardens were beautiful. Spa area was separate to the main gardens but we did not have much time for this, you do need to book ahead. Breakfast buffet was okay with a good selection but some more healthy - low fat options would have been good. The staff did try to find us healthier options but it would have been easier if they were more readily available ie skimmed milk. What made the hotel special was the staff, all were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Whilst all were very good, Laura on the front desk and Omar in the lobby were exceptional. We would recommend the hotel to anyone who likes great service with a smile.

Fabulous Luxury Hotel

My husband and I recently stayed at the Botánico Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis.  I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening.  Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful.

The hotel spotless and fully staffed . The hotel is beautiful and rooms to a high standard . Had it not been for a huge disappointment of not getting as advertised garden view would rate higher . The junior suite with garden view is a view of the reception canopy and a noisy road . Unhappy was shown another room one floor above same view . After a stale mate had to pay €300 to get a quite acceptable view . This was a lot lot more than if I had booked the Mountain View with Expedia . Felt ripped off and marred my holiday . Had advised Expedia after submitting how was check in. With reception badgering me 3 times to change review and going over same disagreement ( see pic of room with suppose garden view
