「Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane.
We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse.
Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we...

「The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room.
