「Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane.
We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse.
Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we...

「La personne qui nous a accueilli, était très serviable. Mais l’appartement, n’était pas en état, pas propre et il manquait beaucoup de chose.
Nous aurions mis une note de 1 si la personne avec qui nous avons échangé, n’était pas aimable. C’est ce qui fait que la note augmente. 」
