Juste dommage que le spa / hammam soit payant en supplément quand on paye aussi cher un hôtel ( c’est la même chose dans tous les hôtels 5 étoiles et palaces, je sais bien mais je le précise quand même ). C’est pour cela que je mets quand même la note de 5/5. Merci pour tout 😊 ”

“Piscine chauffée, buffet excellent cependant les heures d’ouverture sont restreints. Buffet varié. Nous n’avons pas essayer l’aquaparc mais il semble bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont assez confortables. Personnel au bar sont vraiment sympathiques. Très beau voyage. Au souk/medina, négociez vos prix! Tout se négocie. ”

“Confusing checkin experience and dining. Food was not great and main pool was broken and closed, which was a bummer since we booked it exclusively for a spot to swim. Disappointing.”

“Tranquil small hotel in an old home. Fantastic location in the Medina. Lovely staff overall. The management did fail to organize a trip that we requested but apologized profusely and the gave us free drinks in return. Breakfast was very nice and beautifully served. We ate dinner here once and enjoyed. I would very much recommend Riad Jona for an authentic Marrakech experience ”

“Only 10 minutes walk to old medina and 20 minutes walk to railway station. Includes a breakfast with a variety of choices. Room is well decorated with a balcony, yet there is a very big problem - you may not have hot water in your room, which you may not take a bath! This big problem is the only problem, the others remain good - friendly and helpful staff, a large pool with a poolside resting area, etc. Hope that they can make an improvement on the hot water system, and if they can, I will stay……
