Friendly and helpful staff but not super well organised. 3.5/5 as facilities are getting a little tired. Main issue with service relating to queuing at bars, temperamental experience with self service drinks areas. "The hotel was clean and friendly staff. Only that they do not provide any shampoos conditioners or. Body lotion which is normally provided in hotels all over the world. No clothes iron in rooms but you can get one with a deposit at reception. The food was very repeatative and felt that way even thoug even had 2 meals in different restaurants during our 4 nights stay. The staff in the main bar in the evening were rather disappointing. They need to learn to serve with a smile and treat everyone...
