“I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I had to. Honestly, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. The exterior looks beautiful, but unfortunately, the rooms are a completely different story. We were given an upgrade, but the room smelled musty and felt quite dirty, more like a motel than a hotel. The windows also had very poor sound insulation, so we could hear the noise from the restaurants below until past midnight, making it difficult to sleep. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming,……

“I stayed at Iberostar Waves for 7 days, and overall, it was a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom cleanliness. It was filthy, with many stains on the tiles, and the toilet flush was extremely weak. It couldn’t properly flush a reasonable amount of toilet paper, so we had to use the lobby washroom. The AC was also disappointing, as it never cooled the room properly. The food had good variety each day, but it was often cold unless you arrived right when the buffet opened.……

“This hotel is outstanding! Very family friendly but great for adult only travel. It's a 10-15 minute commute to the Medina. The staff was nice and very accommodating in English. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous with good food. I would recommend 10 out of 10.”

“Very friendly staff. The food was good and the evening entertainment was good fun. I was disappointed at the golf club though. Whilst the course itself was a reasonable challenge, the pro shop was poorly stocked with little size options other than small and ladies. The club's I hired were also not premium as advertised, instead they were a mixed bag from different brands and ladies clubs. Plus, they were all at least 15 years old.”

“A tranquil and beautiful oasis on the edge of the Medina only a short walk to Jemaa el-Fna square. The rooms were very comfortable and the daily breakfast very yummy. Our first time to Marrakesh but we loved all of it.”
