“We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Bliss. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. We were only in Marrakech for a short time, but we'd happily return (and hopefully get to experience a spa treatment and the breakfast next time!).”

“This was an amazing Riadh! We had an excellent stay and the staff were extremely accommodating. We first arrived too early for check in but they still prepared our room and let us in early. They gave us great food recommendations as well. The staff, especially Mohammad who works the night shift, was extremely kind! He constantly checked on us and even prepared us breakfast for our departure. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The location was a 100/10, super close to Jemma al Fnaa……

“My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The first room we were given was advertised as a Deluxe Room, but it clearly wasn’t what was shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the shower had visible black mould, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. After we complained, staff showed us a couple of alternative rooms. While the replacement room was an improvement, it still didn’t feel……

“The hotel is very basic, rooms are a bit small particularly the showers/toilet. Make sure you are given a room in the large building not the small one as it's rooms seems bigger.”
