"We had an excellent time. The communication prior to trip was great with prompt responses. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and in a great location. Yusuf and his team looked after us very well, with helpful recommendations for things to do, places to go and foods to try. At the same time, there was no hard sell for any of their trips or to book with companies they are affiliated with. Would definitely book to stay here again next time I’m in Marrakech."

"It felt like nothing went quite right during our stay at this Riad. The room we requested was a double room with two twin beds. We did not receive this and it was not changed to the correct configuration until our 3rd night at the Riad. The beds and room were clean as is expected but the WiFi also had issues starting our 3rd night—we ended up using all of the free data on our phones to compensate. The young man who seems to staff the “front desk” (more of a sofa with some office materials around...

The night manager even met me when I came back for a tour very late to escort me through the square and Medina.
Only thing I would mention is that if you require very quiet environment you might need another option - however keep in mind you’re in the Medina by choice and a Riad is not a hotel. "
