「A lovely little hideaway, with exactly what we needed!」

「Door to bathroom didn't close, ran into jamb, building must have shifted? Sliding windows from hallway into room don't lock so no effective way to secure your room. Sewage smell in room, but this seems to be a commonality in Marrakech as all shower drains have a drain that can be opened and closed with a foot touch to open it while you are showering and close it when done to keep drain smells from leaking in. It was close to airport, which is why we chose it. Shuttle to airport was $150 MD...

「Room 131 was not ideal. A lot of noise from outside Airco units 24/7. Also garbarge disposal you can heat and it is near the cleaner room. Windows could't be locked. Cabinet was half broken. Shower head has a leak. Toilet door was also not smooth when openening. Also a lot of noise all Day and Night of chairs of tables moving around. It stops around 2.00 am and starts 7.00 am. I do not recommend that specific room. Not for that price. Also swimming pool was very small. Roof top Restaurant was...

「Our third stay at Dar Rhizlane and another excellent experience. We will definitely be returning next year. Our rooms have all been wonderful but this was probably the nicest yet and we have stayed, so far, in a Classic, Deluxe and a Suite with private garden. The restaurant is great, the gardens beautiful and staff are lovely and very welcoming. A perfect example of Moroccan hospitality. Thank you. 」

「Very close to a large shopping mall」

「This was our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. From check-in till check-out the stay was very nice. A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home. And a special thanks to Mohammed and his friends at the breakfast. The guys are very helpful and respectful. See you next time」

「Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water. However great location to both old and new town.」

「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. 」
