「We stayed 3 nights in this charming riad earlier this week, and we could not have wished for more. Marco the owner welcomed us with mint tea and biscuits and showed us on a map the best places to visit. We felt very welcome. The room was very comfortable, and everywhere was spotless. The whole place is extremely quiet due to the thick walls and all the windows are on the courtyard. We took our first meal there and it was delicious. 「Met at the airport and driven to a tiny entrance door in the wall of a maze! Once inside the cool reception area a few formalities were covered, and I was shown to my room. Mr Abdou was kind and courteous, answering any questions and showing me the walking route to the city centre. The Tagine was excellent and the room was comfortable.」

「We got to the hotel at around 1am, The staff member couldnt find the booking, took around 10 minutes to find it on his system 2nd, i booked this hotel due to getting a free upgrade if rooms were available, exec and family rooms were available but the staff member serving us could not give us an upgrade as he did not know how to and the main staff had gone home for the night 3rd - had 1 bath towel in the bath when room was booked for 2 people 」

「Beware: We booked a double room which clearly says air conditioning in the description but when we entered the room there was no air conditioning. When we asked the staff, they just gave us another room. If there was no availability we could have been stuck in a room that has no air conditioning. Also the rooms were above a common area where people were eating and drinking late at night so we didn’t a restful stay. Otherwise it’s a great place for the money and free airport transfer is great. 」

「We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. Breakfast was very good buffet style with a lot of choice. Nice pool area to sit by...
