Tolles Riad, sehr zentral gelegen; trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schön ausgestattet , besonders freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Einziges kleines Manko: wir hatten daa Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, wo man abendliche Gespräche oder die Türklingel schon im Zimmer gehört hat, was allerdings nicht besonders störend war. Von daher: eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir danken für den ausgesprochen schönen Aufenthalt!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with luggage to and from your transport service (car service). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad.
Very safe while close to the outdoor market.

We stayed for four nights. The staff was the best part — everyone was friendly and willing to help, and breakfast was great.
The issue came on one of the nights when we couldn’t get a family room and had to take two separate rooms. In one of them, there was a leak from the ceiling, with water dripping all the way down into the room. You could hear it all night: not cool! When staff came to check, they acted surprised, but the stain on the ceiling made it obvious this had been going on for a while. That was clearly not true, and I didn’t appreciate the BS.
Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable

I was really impressed by the artistic decorations and tranquility feeling of the hotel. The staff are professional and friendly. We originally planned to have hammam at the site, but as the heating was not working very well, the hotel refunded our money. The one-hour full body message was great!

Riad Andalla Spa was fantastic. The staff couldn't have been warmer or more helpful. The place itself is beautiful, and a real haven from the busyness of the streets outside. It is also brilliantly located in the Medina, just a short walk to Jamaa El Fna, and the surrounding Souk. We loved it!

First vist to Marrakech andcstsying in a Riad property. Firstly the communication with owners was excellent throughout. We were well looked after at breakfast and the advice for visiting Marrakech was very helpful.

Beautiful Riad! This is a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech! The staff was amazing, the spa services were wonderful, and the food was delicious! It is so colorful and uniquely decorated. I would definitely recommend.

We had such a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. The team truly made us feel at home, building genuine interpersonal connections that made our stay extra special. Every morning, we were treated to a freshly made Moroccan breakfast prepared just for us—delicious and full of local flavor.
