Rapport qualité prux correct

Hotel bien située, personnel accueillant, petit dejeuner copieux .

This property was a huge disappointment. It advertised as a four star but was more like a two star hotel. The rooms were old and sad. Staff were rude and inattentive. The only plus is the location as it is walking distance to many interesting sites. We tried to minimize our time in the hotel.

Aircon is really good like walking into a fridge when you get back, only issue we had is they don’t take card payment and never have any change when trying to buy drinks and food at the hotel. Wouldn’t order cocktails, advertised as alcoholic but we tried a couple and just tasted like lemonade

Ingen fläkt i badrummet!

Close to old medina, worn out facilities

Only 10 minutes walk to old medina and 20 minutes walk to railway station. Includes a breakfast with a variety of choices. Room is well decorated with a balcony, yet there is a very big problem - you may not have hot water in your room, which you may not take a bath! This big problem is the only problem, the others remain good - friendly and helpful staff, a large pool with a poolside resting area, etc. Hope that they can make an improvement on the hot water system, and if they can, I will stay here again in my future stay.
