“C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et, encore une fois, mon expérience a été très positive. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible et professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue.
Le spa est vraiment excellent, très relaxant et bien organisé, c’est un vrai plus pour l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, et l’ambiance générale est calme et agréable. L’emplacement est également très pratique.

“On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive.
The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation.
The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee.
The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as……

“I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul”

“Arrived at 12 and was told rooms would be ready for 2pm. Returned at 3pm and rooms were still not ready. Eventually they gave us our rooms on the ground floor”
