“Friendly cleaning staff. Good view and location ”

“Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, jedoch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Pool sieht ebenfalls sauber aus, wurde von uns jedoch wegen der kalten Außen Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Super Frühstück. ”

“On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee. The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as……

“Decent hotel ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the room was spacious and had two single beds for kids and large king bed. Bathroom was also large. Con: they had NO air conditioning! They said this was due to the age of the building. Luckily it wasn’t too warm in the evenings so we left the patio doors open. However, this was disappointing. The pool was great and lots of lounges. The buffet had many options and we enjoyed the food. Con: the service especially for breakfast was lacking. They really could have……

“Incroyable l’hôtel”

“The first room we had was right next to the air con outside the building and made a complete racket all night and kept us awake. The sink has a major crack across it. The next room we were given the lights didn't work. An engineer came and fiddled about a bit inside and outside the room. Eventually with some fizzing the lights worked. Now one of the main light switches didn't work and the engineer said he would be back the next day to fix it. That never happened. By our last night there was……

“The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”

“This worked out as good value for money. The apartment is designed well. I stayed out of peak season and enjoyed the relative quietness. ”

“Dinner was awful overpriced, overcooked chips tasteless sandwich. Taxi booked for 9.45 turned up at 8.00. Room very cold, no heater. I will never go here again.”
