"It was just a 1 night stay before an early flight but really wish we could’ve stayed longer! Felt immediately at home by the welcoming staff and the hotel was bursting with character. It’s very basic (but expected for the price) and a little run down but this just added to its rustic charm. The location was convenient and would definitely stay for longer next time as it’s perfect to explore and makes an excellent base. "

"The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! I would recommend this authentic experience, its a very short drive to the beach and main points (and in any case getting around in Agadir is best by car)."

"Nice hotel and superfriendly staff. Breakfast was very nice and lunch was good. Dinner wasn’t really super exciting but it never really is for all inclusive. The maroccan restaurant that’s included in the hotel is a lot better than the main restaurant"

Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with anything I needed really stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and enjoying my holiday, and her positive attitude made a lasting impression. Staff like Asmahane are a real credit to the hotel. "Good stay - it is a nice, spacious, one-floor apartment that worked well for us. The reception team was great, especially the women. They were incredibly helpful—one even helped me top up my phone! If you need a taxi, ask how much taxis cost from the hotel to the location you're interested in they will tell you the estimated price. This made it easier to negotiate the rate with the drivers and not get ripped off. Although there was no response to messages prior to check-in. The shop attached to the hotel is very expensive. I don't know why the hotel endorses such prices for their customers. The beds and sofa beds were comfortable, combined with the excellent soundproofing, we all slept very well. The pool area was great but it wasn't heated. Good shower which had fantastic water pressure but you can see a bit of mould on the lower tiles. We had to ask for a kettle and washing liquid (no sponge though) and there was no dining table in our room. The TV did not work. WiFi mainly worked and randomly wouldn't at times. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain and there is no door which limits privacy."
