"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, yet peaceful, safe, and easy to access. Everything you need, from restaurants and shops to tours and attractions, is just steps away. The staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe, which made all the difference when travelling alone. "At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again. "
