“The location of the property is excellent for both the city and the beach. The property is extremely clean house keeping was excellent. The room i booked was a pool view room but right in front of my room was a wall but with a side view of the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a let down lots of unlaid tables the coffee machines (3) were either broken or off which meant you had to stand in line waiting for a coffee from the barista.

“So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly.
The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff.
No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You……
