"We booked the comfort double room ensuite, it was ok, but it was not spacious. The shower was a corner one, I’m only 5’4” and slim and felt it was ‘cosy’, not easy to turn around in, from photos I was expecting a walk-in shower. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful. ..."

"Lovely pub, very spacious with nice lounge and outside area. Food really nice and rooms were perfect. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Oh and nice beer and good value for money."

"Lovely location with Wooky Holes on the doorstep of the Hotel. Room was basic but clean and had everything you'd want fir an overnight stay. Lovely grounds for a walk. Only negative was bath taps had hot water, but the shower had only had cold water. The mixer thermostat was obviously faulty. Talking ..."

"Whislt the location was excellent, the lodge itself was a dissapointment.No hand towels ,no hand wash or paper towel in the kitchen.No welcome pack of any discription, as is the norm in most other places.Limited wardrobe space in the bedroom,the TV and sofa set up was not really practicle to relax ..."
