Traumhaftes Haus direkt am Wasser

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Bucht. Strand und Bäcker sind nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub!

What you see is what you get

Nous sommes restés trois semaines en juin et avons découvert et apprécié la Bretagne dans toute sa richesse. Après des journées chaudes au début, les températures ont baissé dans la deuxième moitié des vacances et des journées très ensoleillées ont été suivies de périodes de vent et de pluie. Néanmoins, ce congé a été une réussite, car nous nous sommes toujours sentis très bien dans la maison et le jardin, et tout ce qui était nécessaire était à portée de main. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les longues promenades du soir, lorsque la plage était en grande partie vide et calme dans la lumière du soir... nous reviendrons certainement.

Superbe implantation.

L’implantation en bordure du plan d’eau nous a fait oublier le mauvais temps. Nous n’avons pu profiter pleinement de cette situation à cause du vent et de la pluie, mais sous le soleil, c’est tout simplement superbe. Nota, la porte d’accès à la propriété et la porte principale sont à faire réparer.

Wonderful and special place

The location of this house is just perfect with a beach directly in front of the terasse and in the middle of a small village with restaurants, bars and a bakery. We were all sad when we had to leave this special place after two weeks.

Très belle maison dans le petit village charmant Ile-Tudy! Nous avons surtout apprécié a) à l'intérieur: le décor de bon goût (style scandinave); b) à l'extérieur: la vue apaisante et directe sur la mer avec les bateaux et les oiseaux - et la proximité du centre de village; c) l'aimabilité du propriétaire et de l'agence immobilière locale.

Magische Sonnenuntergänge

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, kleinen, ehemaligen Fischerhäuschen verbracht. Das Haus ist komfortabel und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit einer großen Holzterrasse direkt oberhalb des Wassers. Dort ist in einer Ecke noch ein kleiner Sitzplatz eingerichtet, von dem aus man auch bei dem in der Bretagne öfter vorkommenden Wind sehr geschützt sitzt und den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt: 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker, zum Strand und zum Restaurant.

Ein Traum!

Ein hübsches, komfortables und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem traumhaften Blick in Richtung Hafen der Ile Tudy. Sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit einer Fußbodenheizung im EG ausgestattet (was in der Bretagne schonmal hilfreich sein kann). Die Dame von der Agentur spricht fließend Deutsch und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist entzückend und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Was braucht man mehr?

Superbe!

Nous avons passe un superbe sejour dans cette location au pied de l' eau. La maison est tres acceuillante, tres propre et bien entretenue. Les proprietaires sont tres sympathiques et de tres bons conseils. C'est un endroit tres reposant et la maison offre une vue magnifique. Les restaurants sont situes a 5 min a pied. La plage est a deux minutes a pied. Nous esperons pouvoir y sejourner a nouveau. Highly recommended!

Incroyable maison au bord de l'eau

Nous avons passé de fabuleuses vacances dans cette maison. C'est une maison de charme mais entièrement rénovée avec tout le confort. Nous avons apprécié les couchers de soleil sur l'immense terrasse en bois avec les enfants qui jouent au bord de l'eau à quelques mètres. La pièce à vivre est très bien agencée, tournée vers la mer. Idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Les nombreuses balades alentours et les activités sportives ont bien rempli les journées.

Perfect stay!

We had great 10 days, felt very comfortable and we loved to be there every single day. Small "problems" - like the dishwasher - was handled very quickly by Sophie Richard. A very cosy holiday home with a breathtaking view. Everything was very clean, well decorated and we found a very well equipped kitchen. All neighbours have been very pleasant and after 3 days the storekeeper of the baguette shop let us feel as "old acquaintances". All the people have been very relaxed and unbelievably kind and helpful. This is a perfect location! We will come back as soon as possible - thank you. Warm regards, Irene & Gudrun with family PS: People with handicap will have no problems in this house. Much space, a sleeping room with shower and WC in the ground floor without stumbling edge.

UN LIEU CHARMANT

La maison est très agréable et bien entretenue avec une vue magnifique. La grande plage n'est qu'à quelques pas. Une mention spéciale pour le cinéma de l'île Tudy qui avec sa minuscule salle de projection a conservé son charme rétro.
