Studio "On the Port", On the Wharf

  • Old Hotel of the late 19th century built at the water's edge, converted into several private homes in the 75's.
    Obsolete charm of an old building, 3 m under ceiling, with updated comfort.
    The studio offers a unique 180 ° view through 3 French doors from floor to ceiling, on the bay, the river & the setting sun. Extremely bright.
    Under the 3 windows at the foot of the walls, all around you: the sea.

    This housing of 30m², renovated this spring, is L-shaped which allows to isolate the corner double bed (separate bathroom), the large main room.
    Comfortable for 2 or 3 people, possibly 4 if 2 children:
    the sofa is convertible into an extra bed for one or two people.

    The galley style galley is functional (plate, oven MO / grill, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge ...)
    & the bathroom in the center of the accommodation, well insulated, has a bath / shower, washbasin and wc.

    The pedestrian port from Easter, is very busy in summer, while keeping a family character quite calm.
    As you will see, Ile-Tudy is a small port sheltered from large crowds, due to its island structure. The children, but also the older ones, find their happiness there. Beaches nearby, water sports, walks. Or simply share a glass on the terrace, facing the sea, possibly with a seafood platter .... You will have the choice.
    What is certain is that you will remember a happy moment.

Wünderschöne Lage. Man hat direkten Blick auf das Wasser und kann aus dem Fenster den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar für alle fragen.

Great days in a very special place

The studio is situated in the heart of the awesome little harbour village Île Tudy, with breathtaking view both over bay, village and the little pier. The bathroom and the well equipped kitchen met all our expectations of a nice holiday appartment which in general made us feel very comfortable and at home. As a field of improvement, however, we would consider the absence of smoothly sufficient storage space and hanging options for our clothes.

je ne parle pas anglais . Il m'a juste manqué une lampe sur la table de chevet pour lire au lit sans être obligée de me relever pour éteindre à l'autre bout de la pièce. il faudrait aussi faire le tri dans tous les prospectus touristiques qui remplissent un tiroir et ne sont plus valables..ce sont des détails. j'ai passé un très agréable séjour et y retournerais volontiers

Lovely location

This apartment (advertised as 'one bedroom' but it's all one room) is in a lovely location and that is why we went. We had to call the owner to get the WiFi information (we found it later, buried under other brochures) but she was very helpful. Negatives? Just one loo roll for two people for three days and a dodgy bit of wiring on the room heater. Dining chairs would have been nice, too, rather than the benches ... but the views are wonderful.

Best location ever

If you hear the Sound of the sea in the morning and nothing else, if you See the Sun going down in the evening and if you like to take a glas of wine round the corner, then you arrived in the Apartment of Anne. It is quite small but you have all equipment you need in very good conditions.

sympatische kleine Wohnung direkt am Kai

Der Ort Ile-Tudy liegt einzigartig am Ende einer langen Landzunge. Je weiter man an das Ende der Landzunge kommt, umso charmanter wird es. Ganz am Ende liegt der Kai mit seiner Bootsanlegestelle sowie den Restaurants und Cafes. Das ganze Treiben lässt sich vom Zimmer aus verfolgen - der Blick dort geht auf zwei Seiten hinaus.
