What a little gem Hill End Lodge was. We arrived late at night - cold and tired. John welcomed us warmly and Sue and Laura cooked up a storm for us. The place was warm and welcoming. Great little get away!
We were looking to escape the city and this little cottage was perfect! Great hosts, long walks around the property, collecting eggs on the way back for breakfast... what more could you ask for! Nothing fancy, just right to wind down and relax in the countryside.
