Explore Ilfracombe’s famous, man-made Victorian Tunnels, leading to hidden beaches and make the steep climb to the historic St Nicholas Chapel, a working lighthouse said to be the oldest in the country. Enjoy the wonderfully eclectic collection housed in the town’s museum and take a stroll around the harbour. From here you can embark on an exhilarating wildlife cruise or voyage out to the National Trust’s Lundy Island. Head for the rugged cliffs surrounding Ilfracombe to see spectacular views along the South West Coast Path.
