Comfortable Character Cottage 'Bumble Cottage'

This is a cosy 200 year old stone built cottage with Character! The cottage is in a tucked away location away from the road but within walking distance to local pubs and the village amenities.

The Pack of Cards is a 10 minute walk away and a further 10 minutes walk will take you to the Combe Martin Beach!

The cottage is fully equipped for an enjoyable and welcomed break including Wi- Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and the essential free private parking at the rear of the cottage for a hassle free break! In addition there is a private and pretty suntrap courtyard garden.

The village has many amenities to offer including the following: two great fish and chip shops, 5 pubs to choose from, (some with free pool) a village bakery, gift shops, several convenience stores, a post office, a library, a chemist, a lovely tea room, a deli, ice cream and rock shops, a tourist centre and a museum. And of course a fantastic beach which is great for rock pooling and numerous caves to explore. The beach is exceptionally good for kayaking and there are two very good hire shops in the village including tours and lessons.

The main bedroom has a King size Bed with some countryside views from the window. The Second Bedroom has a Trundle bed and can be used either as a single bed or two single beds or as a double. Please contact me on booking and advise how you would like the second bedroom set up.

The cottage has a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and microwave oven and gas oven. There is also the added benefit of a b washing machine and there is also a Dishwasher which you might not get with other holiday cottages of a similar price!

There is a tiered courtyard Garden for al fresco dining. There are stairs to the rear and the cottage is not deemed suitable if you have mobility issues or toddlers.

One well behaved dog is accepted.
