“Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.”

“We loved the property. The beds were so comfortable that we didn’t want to get up to enjoy the town and the sun. It’s a very modern, relaxing property with everything needed for the stay. We watched some of the good films supplied which we enjoyed. We hope to be back. The property is in a great spot with the harbour, its cafes and shops close. The car park is 2 minutes away. I’ll contact the town council in future to get a parking permit for the week. They need a couple of weeks to get it to……

“you need to take your own linen and towels - which wasnt made clear on the initial listing. parking is tight in the middle of nowhere so no chance of walking anywhere as no pavements.... so you need to drive to even get a pint of milk listing says there is a washing machine which was no where to be found games room annex was dusty/dirty and not very accessible the actual accommodation is lovely and well equipped.... would be great for hikers, dog walkers, family holidays with a car”

“A beautifully maintained and owner-cherished lodge in a peaceful surroundings away from the hubbub of normal life. A lovely relaxing place to spend time and to use as a base when enjoying the breathtaking views and experiences in the local area. The beds were comfy, the showers were powerful, and there’s every utensil you need for a group of 6 in the kitchen to cook and eat together. The little welcome pack was a lovely touch.”

“This is a lovely cottage with everything you need and the host is helpful and pleasant. The garden at the back is wonderful for a dog and ours loved zooming round..The only fault we found was the walk to anywhere including the pub was very steep and we never made it all the way and walked for 20mins and turned back. If you are prepared for that then this is a great place to stay.”

“Great location having Woolacombe and Ilfracombe 10 minutes either side. Nice small park, with a shop and pub serving food and drinks. Kids play park and jumbo chess went down well. The Lodge itself is nice, the hot tub being a welcomed luxury after long days exploring. As many have said, the decking/railing needs replacing as its patched up in places and worn. Otherwise, its a lovely place, clean, very usable spaces and well equipped. We loved it!”

“Excellent location very well equipped lodge spotlesley clean and easy check in procedure, Mullacott is a very well maintained park with shop/bakery and pub/restaurant with ample parking beside lodges centrally located for all beaches, golf/horse riding/shooting/quad biking all within 1 mile radius,we have been to this park for the last 4 years and will keep on coming.”

“The apartment was lovely, and very spacious. My daughter loved the single 4 poster bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was warm, clean and we got it to ourselves (only open from 10am-5pm though). Beautiful sunsets over the small harbour. We also enjoyed our complimentary entry to watermouth castle - lots of things to do. A really wonderful stay.”
