Tudo correu muito bem.Recomendações para futuros hóspesdes, levar água Mineral, e devido a casa ser no alto da Montanha, local incrível, o caminho para o carro é bem íngreme, assim como o acesso a casa, não recomendável a quem tem qualquer problema de locomoção.Do restante a casa é maravilhosa, com uma vista incrível, assim como uma área de lazer impecável.

Prometeu e entregou tudo

A casa é muito boa. Está em perfeito estado de conservação. As 5 suítes são boas! Recomendo para amigos e família. Fica a 10 min de carro da vila, região de muitos restaurantes. Os únicos pontos são que pra ir pra praia precisa de carro (muitas subidas) e a casa fica em um tereno alto, que exige subir escadas (apesar de ter um elevador pequeno). Apesar disso, tem uma vista incrível!! Passamos o ano novo e conseguimos ver muitos fogos. Então, nossa estadia foi excelente, comportou muito bem a todos, e o auxílio da Erica foi ótimo com o café e com a manutenção da limpeza da casa, além de ter sido muito prestativa. Super indico e inclusive voltaremos.

Vista maravilhosa, decoração, incrível. Único problema é precisr do carro para se deslocar porque a casa é muito alta. Por outro lado, por ser alta, a vista é especial.

A casa é incrível, com uma vista linda de ilhabela. Muito aconchegante e espaçosa. A Erica é muito simpática e prestativa. O Sr. Ronaldo também. ÓTIMA OPÇÃO DE LOCAÇÃO POR TEMPORADA

Difícil descrever quando tudo foi perfeito. Inicialmente, destaco o carinho e dedicação da caseira ERIKA, que esteve sempre disponível e pronta a solucionar eventuais dificuldades (que via de regra se tem quando não é morador do imóvel); depois o cuidado do Anfitrião em saber se estava tudo bem na hospedagem; e por fim a acomodação que é um primor, por se tratar de imóvel de moradia do anfitrião, tudo ofertado é com muito carinho e primor. A vista do local é cinematográfica. A acomodação por ser em local alto, dispõe de elevador para o deslocamento do estacionamento para a casa. Tudo perfeito. Não posso deixar de enaltecer o anfitrião durante o período que antecedeu minha reserva, sempre esteve pronto a prestar quaisquer dúvidas que tinha sobre a locação. Dos utensílios disponíveis na cozinha faço apenas uma ressalva não haver batadeira, e como nosso grupo gosta de cozinhar, desde pães a bolos, e fazer diversas guloseimas, fez falta este utensílio. Fica uma dica, o local supera as expectativas daquilo que é divulgado nesta plataforma. Um detalhe importante, foi que o anfitrião me possibilitou visitar a casa antes. Enfim, tudo perfeito, e uma das melhores opções de locação por temporada, e posso afirmar que vale cada centavo investido. A localização é boa, fica em Siriúba (logo após o Hotel Mercedes - para quem conhece a região), e apesar de ficar em região alta, o deslocamento para praia faz necessário de carro, mas logo no final da rua, tem uma praia que dá para ir tranquilamente com o carro. Podem alugar que vão curtir muito e desfrutar de bons momentos para vcs, familiares e amigos

No paraíso

A casa é maravilhosa! Muito aconchegante. Decoração impecável, tirei muitas fotos da casa. Tudo de muito bom gosto com a visão do paraíso. Foram dias muito relaxantes para nossa família. Estávamos em 9 adultos e 2 crianças, acomodou muito bem todos. Quartos de ótimo tamanho. A casa já tem tudo. Só levamos toalhas, comida e sabonete. Mais um ponto diferencial da casa é a presença da Erica, a caseira da casa. Uma pessoa super amável, bem disposta e atenciosa. Nos ajudou com as malas, ajudou a acomodar as coisas nos quartos e cozinha, preparou as refeições num capricho enorme. No café da manhã me sentia num hotel 5 estrelas. Não tivemos nenhum problema. Foi tudo perfeito. O dono é muito atencioso. Desde antes de nossa chegada até depois que partimos foi muito querido. Voltarei novamente

A casa é cinematográfica. Um luxo. Uma decoração incrível. E a vista da piscina é algo surreal!!! A Erica é muito mais que uma caseira. Ela cuida das pessoas que se hospedam. Não tenho palavras para descrever. Casa deliciosa, limpa, arrumada com capricho. Erica, a caseira, é um doce, super atenciosa e discreta. A casa é maravilhosa e exatamente como as fotos mostram! Muito espaçosa e com uma decoração incrível! Roupa de cama excelente e camas super confortáveis! Os banheiros são enormes e o banho muito bom! A Erica, pessoa que cuida da casa e também responsável pelas refeições, é muito simpática e prestativa! A vista da casa é algo fora do normal, maravilhosa! O único ponto a considerar na decisão é que a casa é bem no alto de um morro, o caminho é íngreme e cheio de curvas. Na casa, o acesso também é limitado, nosso carro é grande e não fez a curva para subir até a garagem. Deixamos o carro na rua e isso não foi um problema, pois a vizinhança é muito tranquila e segura. Mas para subir com as malas e compras existe um certo grau de esforço. Se acessibilidade e distância da praia e da vila não forem uma questão decisiva, com certeza vale a pena escolher essa casa!
