"Pessima experiência, pois o imovel precisa de muitas manutenções, como vidros dos quartos quebrados, paredes com reboco caindo, geladeira sem condições de uso, utensílios de cozinha em péssimo estado, fora que a casa estava fedida.
Sem condições de permanecer no imóvel conforme relatado ao proprietário e ao VRBO.
Proprietário não deu nenhum suporte ou se quer respondeu as mensagens via WhatsApp ou chat da plataforma.
Diante disso devolvemos a chave na hora para a Carmen que era a pessoa...
