House Aveiro heated pool

  • A charming house with pool overlooking a stretch of sea located 13 kms from Aveiro the little Venice of Portugal and 1 hour from the airport of Porto. That can accommodate 15 beds + 2 babies. Two baby beds are available and all the comforts for baby. You will have the right to a beautiful sunset that is a room or the edge of the heated pool with feet in the water or lie on the deck chairs or enjoying the garden furniture that is available. The house consists of 5 bedrooms including a large bedroom which hosts a large living room which also serves sleeping. A large fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, 2 bathrooms, a living room and with a dining room composed of a large table to enjoy moments with family or friends. There is also an annex consisting of a small kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large living room where you can enjoy a good meal around a barbecue with a magnificent view of the pool and the decor that you is offered. Great family Villa

Loverly villa with heated pool set in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. Village has small shops and bars, even a ATM. Added bonus , we were luckily there throughout the village festival celebrations which were amazing, excellent music plus a fantastic atmosphere. Ideal for families, having a car is beneficial.

We traveled as a group of 14 people between the ages of 16 and 25 y/o. The accomodation was very nice as well as the rooms we were sleeping in. It was a big kitchen and sufficient seats for everyone. The pool was very clean and a lot of fun. Our activities were shopping, going to the beach etc. Most of the activities were a bit further away so we recommend haaving a car at your disposal.

Peaceful Neighborhood

When I picked this location I didn't know anything about the area and proximity to the sites we wanted to see. Having stayed here, I LOVED this house. However, I wasn't as close to the areas I wanted to be with this pick. The house is great. The property is just special. The owners are so nice. Having a dryer was a real treat. The supermarket is close and stocked well. The bikes we great but a little rusty and not working well. We biked over to Costa Nova and that was a lot harder than I anticipated with the condition of the bikes. I would highly recommend this stay, just be aware it is more remote.

Beautiful house super clean well set up but some problems

Biggest compalsint was pool was not heated except for 1day. We had to wait for hosts to let us in for about 30 minutes. Bikes were completely flat and looked like in poor repair so unusable. Any minor requests we had were not responded to in a timely manner and they seemed to blame us and perhaps it was a language issue but not terriblly polite. Despite this we enjoyed the area and the house—so many posies about the house…. I did ask for compensation for the unheated pool but they were unwilling to do so.

Très bon sejour entre amis, belle découverte de Porto

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil, nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée. La maison est très grande, avec un bel espace pour notre groupe de 11. Bien situé pour les visites et au calme.Dommage que certains équipements ne soient pas entretenu mais les propriétaires ont été réactifs pour trouver des solutions.

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento, todos nosotros nos sorprendimos gratamente, está mucho mejor que en las fotos. Eramos un grupo de 14 jóvenes, y la casa estaba perfectamente equipada, tenia de todo... la piscina era climatizada... genial. Todo muy limpio. No hemos tenido ninguna queja de ruidos. Très belle maison pour un séjour entre amis. Piscine chauffée très agréable. La maison est bien située, à moins de 15 minutes en voiture des plages. Idéal entre amis et/ou familles, piscine chauffée et sécurisée au top !!!

Tout s'est admirablement bien passé. La villa est assez grande pour accueillir tout le monde (nous étions 12 et avions même une chambre disponible). L'espace extérieur était le RDV de tous pour de retrouver au centre de la propriété (proche de la piscine, du barbecue et de la cuisine). La piscine chauffée et sécurisée a permis à tout le monde, grands et petits, d'en profiter au maximum. L'emplacement un peu excentré oblige à prendre la voiture pour les courses, la plage ou les visites, mais permet également d'être au calme ou de pouvoir mettre un peu de musique sans déranger ... L'accueil par la propriétaire était parfait, elle nous a présenté toute la villa avec tous les éléments qu'elle met à disposition (vélos, jeux d'eau pour la piscine, jeux pour les tout petits ...), et toutes ses petites attentions nous ont permis de nous sentir aussi bien que chez nous !!! Je recommande vraiment cette villa.
