The Villa is located on the Western side of Peloponnese and more specifically in the Prefecture of “Ilia”, 30 kilometres away from ancient Olympia, where the beauty of the landscape as well as the great sea, justify why the ancients chose this enchanting region to organize the Olympic Games.
The sandy beach of “Agia Marina” is accessible from the Villa in walking distance and in a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of “Kourouta” and “Skafidia” (marked with blue flag), the medieval castle in “Kyllini”, of great interest, the protected Natura “Kaiafa Lake "and in 40 minutes distance by car, the tourist port of “Katakolo”. In the village of “Douneika” going on foot in 10 minutes, the visitor can obtain food supplies from the mini market for the everyday needs and fresh fragrant bread from the bakery and In the case of a need for medication, a drug store is available in the village. Within 10 to 15 minutes by car to “Amaliada” and “Pyrgos” direction, one can find many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, taverns and hospitals.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden 35000m2, was built in 1893 and has been declared a historic monument by the Ministry of culture. On 2004 ended the building restoration with all modern standards. The building consists of two floors. The garden is so designed as to provide security for residents. The land is fenced everywhere and furthermore covered by plants and trees around guaranteeing full privacy from neighbors. The home embraced by 9000m2 lawn with flower beds full of flowers and plants and the combination of blue water of the swimming pool, the green grasses and the smells of flowers give the impression to the visitor that he is in Heavenly environment.
