"We paid the required security deposit before arriving, exactly as instructed by the hotel. However, when we checked in, the concierge insisted that we pay a second security deposit. He appeared unfamiliar with the hotel’s own procedures and was unable to explain why an additional deposit was required. "The property was very clean and the ladies came every 2nd day with clean towels and rubbish bags to put in the bin (always ask for 2) and at night it was lovely and quiet when you went to bed, all in all it was great 👍"
