I would recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Iloilo. Everything about the hotel itself, including the restaurant, was top notch. I would rate my experience there outstanding based on two facts in particular. Not only are the hotel staff very professional, they are friendly. Second, Richmonde Hotel is only two blocks away from the major shopping mall and four blocks away from both the Art Museum and the Brandy Museum. Their entrances are side-by-side.

I been staying at this property since 2017 and I can notice the wear and tear especially with the room i stayed. Hopefully they can renovate and also improve their water heating in the shower. Resto food are good.

The room was fantastic - big and the bathroom/shower was perfect, really felt like a 5 star hotel room. I stayed in 5 hotels on my trip to the phillipines, and the breakfast here was the best of all - really good food. Also ordered dinner one evening and the pasta was great.

Love this hotel. Overall experience is excellent, facilities are clean, staff are courteous and accommodating and their breakfast buffet is reasonably priced. Although not much dining choices, the mall next door can provide various dining options.

The pool is well maintained. Hotels proximity to shopping and entertainment is on a walking distance. Some of the hotels amenities are missing such as a sauna, bigger gym, and some staffing in certain areas.

The hotel staff were excellent and truly deserve commendation for their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel did not meet expectations. We were initially assigned a room on the 12th floor directly beneath the air-conditioning chiller, which produced significant noise and made it very difficult to sleep. In addition, the carpets and curtains appear aged and worn and would benefit from replacement. Other fixtures and room features also felt dated, and there were noticeable signs of wear throughout the property. While the staff handled concerns promptly and professionally, the hotel itself would greatly benefit from refurbishment and better soundproofing to improve the overall guest experience.

Richmonde has maintained its excellence in service, hospitality and quality. Thanks to their wonderful courteous, polite and efficient Staff. We always love staying here. The convenience of being able to get around the nearby mall, attractions and restaurants is a big plus.

While the hotel is nice and in a great location (close to mall, stores and 24 hr dinning), cleanliness of the rooms was bad. We booked 2 rooms. One room had stained bed linens and the other room and obviously dirty towels. While these issues were taken care of quickly by the staff, which were very apologetic, they should never have happened, which is why we will unfortunately not be staying at this hotel in the future.

The hotel is very nice, lobby, room, bed pillows & sheets. All the staff are very helpful & friendly. location is convenient to everything to see in the city, festival walk, restaurants & mega world is walkable distance. I would have given them 5 * but the water in the swimming pool looks murky or dirty, stayed for 3 nights, did not go swimming.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops and dining options. Overall it was a very good hotel about 30 mins from the airport. I would definitely stay there again.
