「The room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They had a restaurant that served good food at reasonable prices. The only things that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that one day housekeeping did not tidy up the room, so the next day I had to request this service. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!」

「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」
