"Very clean room Grrat staff"

"We stayed at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji and overall had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful throughout, and the room itself was clean with a very comfortable bed, which made a big difference after long days out. However, there were a few details that let the experience down. Basic items like face towels and dressing gowns weren’t provided, which you’d typically expect at this level. The biggest frustration was the bin being placed right next to the bed — not ideal when you’re trying to sleep. We moved it ourselves, but housekeeping kept putting it back in the same spot, which became quite irritating. A decent stay overall, but a few small changes would significantly improve the guest experience."

"Very large and "industrialized" hotel. This is not a luxury hotel in my opinion, feels more like an Aiport than a hotel (the lobby was always very crowded with people coming in and out. Feels like a massive operation). Room was VERY small (even for Japan standards) and we felt the overall stay was more expensive than it was worth. Location is very good in an active part of OSAKA. Osaka station is walking distance."
