「This was a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. A Great combination of mountains and ocean. The house was very clean, neat, and tidy. Towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, and shower products are provided. While this is a compact Japanese house, it felt very spacious to me. "From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged a private transfer at 6:20 AM to get us to the pier on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If we visit Miyajima again, we will definitely choose this hotel to try out different room types."
