「If you’re looking for a nice peaceful, quiet, definitely the place to choose. Very homie, very quiet.」

「As advertised, host was very easy to work with.」

「Great location for visiting family in the area. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice game room.」

「We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.」

「There are actually 2 units there. That was not clear to us. Thus there is only parking for one in the driveway and one unit has to park in the lawn. Living room tv did not operate with given password. Bedroom tv did not require password. Overall good value for money and many new amenities. Neighborhood was fairly quiet.」

「The home was clean & comfortable.」

「The place was so cute. We loved waking up in the morning to the pond/lake to feed the gator and fish. It was fun to see the animals. My kids loved it. My mom was FaceTiming friends and family to show off the quaint quarters. We would totally go back! 」
