He is very friendly and enthusiastic to introduce onsen inside hotel. This is a very old hotel over 200 years. Room furniture is very old. Light is dark. I was a bit scare in the room and switched on the lights to sleep. Another scarring matter was the insect inside blanket. I killed it by shoes. “The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

“Delightfully friendly and kind hosts.
Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus.”
